Pricing Policy

As all our items are sold at the best competitive price, we only accept CASH PAYMENT so that we can pass more savings to our customers.
All prices listed in our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), without contract and without any GST.
All prices are subjected to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to reject any payment/orders if prices are deemed inaccurate upon purchase.

Warranty Policy

All products, excluding accessories, sold comes with Manufacturers’ 1 year Singapore warranty, unless stated otherwise. The start of the warranty period is the documented date of your purchase of the product (except for iPhones). Different warranty periods are provided for different products from the manufacturers/ distributors Manufacturers’/ distributors’ warranty policies apply.

Return Policy

While we will do our best to ensure that your purchases are free from defects, we would like to remind our customers that we DO NOT have any refund or 7-days exchange policy.

We will only exchange new products for item which is Dead On Arrival (DOA) upon purchase. Once it has left the store we cannot honour any refunds or exchanges.

We highly recommend that our customers test their phones thoroughly before leaving the store. This includes making a call, sending an SMS, taking a photo and checking all buttons. Faults identified after purchase should be brought to the respective manufacturers for warranty claims (where applicable).
