No, we do not provide any 7-days Exchange/Return/Refund policy. We strongly advise all customers to inspect and check the product before leaving our store. All faulty items thereafter must be sent to the respective manufacturers’ customer service centers for warranty claims, if applicable.

Yes, all items come with the respective manufacturer’s local warranty unless otherwise stated.

Local warranty set is supplied by the local distributor and carries a minimum one year warranty from the manufacturer. As for the export set,it is parallel imported from other countries thus carries no warranty by any manufacturer.
